Convicted child molester Sandusky gets appeals hearing

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania judge on Thursday gave convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky a hearing later this month to prove his claims that prosecutors lied, withheld evidence and leaked secret grand jury information to find additional victims.
