Clarification: Congo-Unrest story

In a June 4 article, The Associated Press quoted U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Tom Malinowski as saying that the U.N. and Congo's army should "not let any disputes between them delay cooperation" in actions against rebels. A State Department spokesman later explained that Malinowski was not referring to a dispute over two Congolese generals involved in the campaign who are linked to human rights violations.
