China conditionally approves AB Inbev-SABMiller merger: ministry

Chinese regulatory authorities conditionally approved brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev’s giant takeover of SABMiller Friday, clearing one of the last major hurdles for the $103 billion deal to go ahead.
