Carmaker to post bond to protect Nevada if factory flops

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) — An electric carmaker that was granted up to $335 million in incentives to build a factory in Nevada said this week it will put up a $75 million bond so taxpayers aren't on the hook if its planned car factory goes belly-up.
