Brazil lawmakers give green light to Rousseff impeachment trial

Brasília (AFP) - Brazilian lawmakers have authorized impeachment proceedings against President Dilma Rousseff in a rowdy, circus-like showdown that plunged Latin America's biggest country into profound political crisis.
