Brazil in crisis after Rousseff impeachment vote
Brasília (AFP) - Brazil awoke Monday to a deep political crisis after lawmakers authorized impeachment proceedings against President Dilma Rousseff, sparking claims that democracy was under threat in Latin America's biggest country.
