Box Office Top 20: 'Kung Fu Panda 3' dethrones 'Revenant'

LOS ANGELES (AP) — "Kung Fu Panda 3" punched "The Revenant" back to its second place spot over the weekend. The animated sequel brought in a robust $41.3 million — which is a franchise low, but nonetheless a healthy showing in a generally slow time of the year at the box office. "Kung Fu Panda 3" will also have animated family film territory to itself until "Zootopia" opens in March.
