Boris Johnson calls for UN help destroying Libya chemicals

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — In his first address to the United Nations as Britain's foreign secretary, Boris Johnson called on the Security Council to endorse a resolution calling on countries to help Libya dispose of its last remaining chemical weapons stocks by shipping them out of the country.
