Biden campaign sees clear path to '318 electoral votes'

Former Vice President Joe Biden's campaign is convinced it can turn some solidly red states blue.Biden's team revealed its electoral strategy to reporters on Friday, saying the campaign is convinced it can win 318 of the 538 electoral votes up for grabs this fall.
