At least four killed in southern Beirut suburb explosions

BEIRUT (Reuters) - At least four people were killed and 40 wounded in two suicide explosions in a busy area in Beirut's southern suburb, a stronghold of Lebanese Hezbollah, on Thursday, a medical official said. Local media said that the attacks occurred just outside a Shi'ite center in the Borj al-Barajneh area. (Reporting by Mariam Karouny and Laila Bassam)
