AB InBev gets last regulatory OK for troubled mega merger

LONDON (AP) — Anheuser-Busch InBev has cleared the last regulatory hurdle to its mega merger with rival SABMiller in a deal that has hit new snags this week, when some shareholders sought an improved offer due to shifts in currency values.
