Woolworths faces court action over supplier payment demands

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has initiated federal court proceedings against Woolworths Ltd over alleged "unconscionable conduct" after the supermarket group purportedly requested payments totalling around A$60.2m (US$43.6m) from various suppliers.
