Wind Point, former PepsiCo exec Prado acquire Evans Food Group 

Private equity group Wind Point Partners has acquired Evans Food Group, a manufacturer of branded and private label pork rind snacks, in partnership with former PepsiCo executive Jose Luis Prado.
