USDA seeks to improve SNAP with more state cooperation

The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) has announced it will increase cooperation with states in the operation of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to promote self-sufficiency, integrity in the program, and better customer service.
