Tom Vilsack to helm U.S. Dairy Export Council

The U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) has announced that former U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Tom Vilsack will join the organization as president and CEO, effective Feb. 1, 2017.
