Sovos Brands acquires Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods

Advent International, a global private equity investor, has announced that Sovos Brands, a new company formed by Advent, has completed the acquisition of Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods, a producer of premium frozen Italian entrées.
