SEC concludes investigation of Tyson for price fixing

Tyson Foods has received a letter dated Aug. 22, 2017, from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) concerning the previously disclosed investigation of the company related to the allegations in In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation.
