Olymel to boost hog production with Pinnacle Farms acquisition

Canadian pork and poultry processor Olymel has announced plans to boost its hog processing operations in western Canada with the acquisition of hog producer Pinnacle Farms near Strathmore, Alberta, for an undisclosed sum.
