Nielsen receives USDA teaching award

Suzanne Nielsen, Purdue University professor of food science, was honored as one of two recipients of the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) National Excellence in College and University Teaching Awards for Food and Agricultural Sciences for 2017.
