Indian regulators "back Kraft" in Jell-O TM spat

Indian regulators have reportedly upheld Kraft Food Group's intellectual property rights to the Jell-O brand and ordered the trade mark registrar to remove the Health Food Product Ltd-owned Mellow Jello TM from its lists.
