Halwani Bros. submits offer for Egypt confectioner Rashidi El-Mizan

Saudi Arabian confectioner, the Halwani Brothers, have announced a conditional binding offer for the acquisition of Egyptian confectionery and halawa maker, Rashidi El-Mizan.
