FSIS adjusts inspection coverage at Siluriformes slaughter locations

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has confirmed that it is adjusting inspection coverage at official establishments that slaughter fish of the order Siluriformes from all hours of operation to once per production shift.
