FDA sampling finds high level of compliance with gluten-free standards

More than 99.5% of sampled food products labeled “gluten-free” are in compliance with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) requirement that such foods have less than 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten.
