ConAgra Foods officially files to spin off Lamb Weston

According to Bloomberg, ConAgra Foods has filed paperwork to spin off its Lamb Weston foodservice business, moving ahead with the latest step in the transformation of the maker of Hunt’s ketchup and Chef Boyardee pasta.
