Cloetta acquires confectioner Locawo

?Cloetta has inked a deal to acquire Locawo, a Dutch manufacturer of fudge, nougat and chocolate under the Lonka brand, in a move that will "significantly" strengthen Cloetta's position in the Netherlands.
