City Capital Ventures buys Matt’s Cookies

City Capital Ventures, a private investment partnership headquartered in Chicago, has acquired Cookie Specialties (CSI) of Wheeling, Ill. As part of the transaction, CSI has been renamed Matt’s Cookie. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
