Bunge and Mexico's Grupo Minsa cancel shares plan

Bunge North America, the agricultural commodities unit of Bunge Ltd, has cancelled a share subscription agreement with Mexico's Grupo Minsa that would have seen the US company take a controlling financial interest in the Mexican firm.
