Bernard Matthews selling German operations

Europe's largest turkey manufacturer, Bernard Matthews, said today (6 July) it had exchanged contracts to sell its German subsidiary, Bernard Matthews Oldenburg (BMO), to Germany's Sprehe Gruppe.
