Belgium's Greenyard in "advanced talks'' to acquire Dole Food

Greenyard, a Belgium-based producer of fresh, frozen and prepared fruit and vegetables, said it is in advanced talks to acquire Dole Food Company although a definitive agreement has yet to be reached.
