Bahlsen bows to Eastern European pressure on 'dual standards'

German cookie and biscuit maker Bahlsen has adapted the ingredients of its products sold into the former communist countries that are now European Union members. That comes from the demands of those countries for food manufacturers to treat them the same as western Europeans.
