VIDEOS: Four-alarm fire sparks in San Francisco building under construction

PHOTOS: A four-alarm fire was reported the Hayes Valley area of San Francisco on Tuesday morning, according to the San Francisco Fire Department. The building was under construction, and the flames reached all floors. A total of four buildings nearby were evacuated for safety during the blaze.Those four buildings are being examined for damages as well.
