VIDEOS: Five years later, Phoenix neighborhood still recovering after monsoon sparked Safeway fire

Five years ago on Tuesday, a massive fire gutted a grocery store in north Phoenix, covering homes in ash. A monsoon storm caused a roof collapse, rupturing a gas line and sparking that fire at the Safeway store at 35th Avenue and Northern Avenue. Even with a huge response from firefighters, the store could not be saved.
