VIDEO: Fire burns in California railroad yard

PHOTOS: An outside fire has been reported in a railroad yard in central Bakersfield on Sunday near California Avenue and Elm Street.According to reports, the outside fire is burning in a train yard west of Bakersfield High School. Black smoke was reported to have been seen in the area. Bakersfield and Kern County fire crews are currently on scene assessing the blaze.
