VIDEO: 5 California homes burn while fire crews work to extinguish in triple-digit heat

The Woodland Fire Department is investigating a structure fire that spread to five homes and an outbuilding on Saturday near Lincoln Avenue and Elm Street.It is still unknown what caused the fire but the department said that responders were able to contain it to the homes of origin and prevent the flames from spreading.
