Lockheed says new upgrade package for F-35 is ready

PARIS—Lockheed Martin says it has completed work on a long-delayed upgrade for the F-35, known at Technology Refresh 3, but the company is still awaiting formal approval from the government. “What we have been working on throughout this process of getting TR-3 is to get the process stabilized to the point where it was consistently able to operate for the pilot.
