WSP declines to enter bidding war for RPS Group

WSP has decided not to up its offer for Oxfordshire headquartered consultancy firm RPS Group.
American consultant Tetra Tech has agreed a £636m deal to acquire RPS that trumped an earlier offer of £591m announced in August.
