World War 2 bomb unexpectedly detonates at Bam/Farrans site
A Second World War bomb has exploded unexpectedly at the Great Yarmouth third river crossing construction site in Norfolk.
The 1m-long, 500lb bomb was discovered last Tuesday by a contractor working for BAM Farrans joint venture at the bascule bridge site.
