Wolseley Group to acquire aircon firm Kooltech

Building materials supplier Wolseley Group has signed a deal to buy air conditioning and ventilation products distributor Kooltech.
Kooltech will remain a standalone business and brand headquartered in Glasgow and its senior management team will continue to lead the company.
