Winvic wins Bristol Redcliff Quarter 468 flats job

Grainger has appointed Winvic to deliver the second phase of the Redcliff Quarter build to rent flats project in Bristol.
The UK’s largest listed residential landlord has bought the planned scheme in a £128m forward funding deal from previous developer team ICG Real Estate and Madison Cairn.
