Winning firms for £1bn new build housing framework

Thirty-two contractors have secured spots on a new four-year, £1bn new build housing framework for projects in England.
Not-for-profit public sector procurement body LHC will operate the Construction of New Homes (H2) framework which came into force this week and will until September 2026.
The firms selected cover a mix of disciplines covering low and high-rise housing, care homes and student accommodation expertise as well as specialist trade contractors for groundworks and demolition.LHC
