Willmott Dixon wins Passivhaus school

Willmott Dixon has won its latest Passivhaus project – a £14.5m new primary school for 420 pupils in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Construction is set to start early next year for Hampshire County Council on the Hounsome Fields Primary School which will serve new local housing developments.
The contract was procured through the Southern Construction Framework and is due to be completed ready for the 2025 academic year.Richard Poulter, managing director of Willmott Dixon in the South, said:
