Willmott Dixon wins £60m Bridgend campus

Willmott Dixon has been chosen by Bridgend College to build its new £60m Town Centre Campus development.
The college is relocating from its current base at Cowbridge Road Campus to a site previously occupied by the former Police Station and a multi-storey car park at Cheapside, in the heart of Bridgend.
Willmott Dixon has been awarded the deal under the SEWSCAP 3 framework with the 13,000 m² development due for completion in the summer of 2026.The contractor is working with Rio Archit
