Willmott Dixon wins £100m Brentwood shopping centre revamp

Willmott Dixon’s development arm and regeneration specialist Milligan have been picked to drive a £100m-plus overhaul of Brentwood’s Baytree Shopping Centre in Essex.
Brentwood Borough Council appointed the pair through Pagabo’s developer-led framework to turn the ageing town centre site into a new leisure-led destination.
