Willmott Dixon set to start £24m Solihull village centre job

Willmott Dixon is gearing up for the £24m second phase of the Kingshurst Village Centre regeneration in Solihull after council chiefs approved the funding package to push the scheme into construction.
Work is expected to start before the end of the year on a 28,000 sq ft community, health and retail building alongside six homes, a new vicarage and road and parking improvements.
