Willmott Dixon seals deal for £70m Peterborough flats

The new owner of a landmark planned 315-flats scheme in Peterborough has decided to keep Willmott Dixon on board to deliver the £70m development.
Cross Key Homes bought the project from Peterborough Investment Partnership earlier this year and kept preselected builder Willmott Dixon kept on board to complete enabling works.
Now it has signed a main works development contract that will see Willmott Dixon lead on building the landmark Northminister housing block in the city. David McCal
