Willmott Dixon seals £31m London affordable housing deal

Willmott Dixon’s housing workload in London is in the rise after the London Borough of Brent signed a deal to build 55 affordable homes as well as two community centres.  
The largest of the brace of projects is the £17m Brent Indian Centre project to create a new community facility and 29 affordable homes. The current building’s occupants, the Brent Indian Community, will move into the new development, which will include a large multi-purpose hall, commercial kitchen
