Willmott Dixon and Milligan team up for Weymouth revival

Willmott Dixon and regeneration specialist Milligan have been chosen by Dorset Council to spearhead a long-term regeneration partnership for Weymouth.
The duo will draw up a detailed commercial masterplan and strategic business case covering six key development sites across the town, alongside wider opportunities for investment.
Public engagement on the plans is set to begin in spring 2026 as the partnership looks to shape a future vision for the coastal town that blends new jobs, homes and cult
