Welsh social housing specialist hits acquisition trail

The boss of Welsh social housing contractor LCB Group has teamed up with a UK investment business with the ambition of creating a nationwide operation.
LCB Group managing director, Liam Bevan, will become CEO of the newly-formed Cardo Group, where he holds a stake of more than 75%.
Buckthorn Partners, which invests in industrial businesses operating in the areas of renewable energy, lower emissions, energy efficiency, is backing the new venture.
Cardo Group has been formed to support social hous
