Watkin Jones wins over £50m student digs campus upgrade

Watkin Jones has secured the job to deliver a £50m-plus upgrade to student halls of residents for King’s College London at Camberwell in south London.
Student accommodation provider Arlington Advisors is managing the refurbishment and remedial works of the college’s Champion Hill estate on Denmark Hill.
The estate provides 714 beds for students in six blocks, one of which is a Grade II-listed building.Construction will start next month, with completion expected on a phased basi
