Wates submits plans for £86m Guildford homes scheme

Wates in partnership with Guildford Borough Council has submitted plans to build nearly 250 homes in the Surrey town’s centre.
The £86m scheme will be delivered at Guildford Park Road car park to deliver 248 new homes, with a around 40% to become council homes.
